Let's start of with pancakes (something yummy & healthy to start off your day no less!)

Mix really well then add
1 c Wheat Flour

My take:  B average.  My hair is healthy but does not feel as smooth as other brands.  Sadly, as I want to support this brand and shampoo and conditioner that is fairly made is hard to come by!  I will be trying some of their other conditioner products and see if I fare better.

Place of the day:  Coming up soon.  As well as a post that is perhaps a little more interesting.
